"I recently hired Svetlana to come and do caricatures and face painting at my birthday party.  She was professional, courteous, and absolutely was a key to the success of my party.  I had originally thought that the kids would love the face painting and everyone else might want caricatures.  But, I didn't believe that having an artist at my party would be a critical element to success.
